Protein-Packed Blueberry Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cup Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Almonds Optional
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine all wet ingredients into a bowl - mix well!
  • Gradually add all the dry ingredients into the same bowl - mix well!
  • Add blueberries in last.
  • Transfer mixture to a pan (depending on the size will change the bars thickness) and spread to evenly distribute.
  • Place in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
  • Once golden brown, take out and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Serve right away or keep it in the fridge for 5 days!
